One step forward, two steps back...

After the tornado warning last week, we entered the building to find a piece of plywood missing. It had been boarding up a huge picture window in the 20' lightwell. It must have blown out during the storm but we can't find it anywhere! Hopefully, it didn't do any damage when it fell out and someone picked it up and gave it a second life somewhere else...












On Tuesday, Forge lumber delivered the lumber we're going to use to build our roofdeck this weekend. They dropped 36 20foot 2'x12's in a parking spot on Vine Street at 7am and Reid and I carried them into the storefront, one by one. Counting the 41 trex decking boards that Reid picked up at Lowes last week (thanks Chris for helping to carry those inside!), we have 59 boards that need to be hauled up to the roof this weekend...
