NDAA Resource Page

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA) was signed by the President on 12/31/2011. In violation of the Bill of Rights, this act allows the President to indefinitely imprison US citizens without trial.

This page provides summaries of the act, arguments against it from across the ideological spectrum, and a petition that allows you to contact your elected federal officials to state your disappointment with this act. (If you have any information that you believe should be added to this page, please let me know.)
